Delivery will be made to your doorstep within 2 hours or at a convenient time for you.
Once our staff delivers the product to you, you can make the payment in cash or transfer the money to our store's account, whichever is convenient for you.

For customers in Bangkok, its surrounding areas, and central regions, the products will be delivered within 1 day (starting from the next day).
สำหรับคุณลูกค้าที่อยู่ในภูมิภาคอื่นๆ (ภาคเหนือ, ภาคอีสาน, ภาคใต้) โดยปกติสินค้าจะจัดส่งถึงภายใน 1 วัน แต่อาจจะถึงใน 2 วันได้ ในกรณีที่ไปรษณีย์ไทยมีสินค้าคงคลังที่ต้องจัดส่งปริมาณมากในวันนั้นๆ

For every Tenga product we sell, we guarantee that it is genuine. If the product you receive has any defects from manufacturing, we are happy to replace it with a new one immediately. Please notify us within 72 hours.
