This service is available for customers residing in Bangkok and its surrounding areas, with delivery charges based on distance.
In the case of placing an order through the website, our staff will contact you to inform you about the delivery charges. If there is no callback within 15 minutes, please contact us via LINE ID: tengaclub.
Alternatively, you can contact us via LINE ID: tengaclub and share your location to check the delivery charges.
Delivery will be made to your doorstep within 2 hours or at a convenient time for you.
Once our staff delivers the product to you, you can make the payment in cash or transfer the money to our store's account, whichever is convenient for you.
Our products will be discreetly packaged without any labels indicating the contents.

We deliver products using Kerry Express, Flash Express, and Thailand Post.
The cut-off time for dispatching orders is 16:00 (place your order and transfer the money before 15:30, and we will dispatch the product on the same day).
We provide delivery service every day, Monday to Sunday.
For customers in Bangkok, its surrounding areas, and central regions, the products will be delivered within 1 day (starting from the next day).
For customers in other regions (Northern, Northeastern, Southern), the products are usually delivered within 1 day, but it may take up to 2 days in case Kerry Express has a large volume of shipments on that day.

Our store has two delivery rounds per day. The first round is at 14:30, and the second round is at 17:00.
For customers in Bangkok, its surrounding areas, and central regions who place and pay for their orders between 14:30 and 17:00, the products will be delivered on the next day.

Our store has staff available to respond to customer inquiries via LINE every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 to 21:00.
For express delivery service with a messenger, we provide delivery service every day, Monday to Sunday.
For delivery service using private courier or Thailand Post, we provide delivery service every day, Monday to Sunday (excluding one day per month for postal delivery on Sundays).

For every Tenga product we sell, we guarantee that it is genuine. If the product you receive has any defects from manufacturing, we are happy to replace it with a new one immediately. Please notify us within 72 hours.
