The Tenga Flip Zero EV sets itself apart from its predecessors with its vibrating core that lies beneath its soft elastomer surface, creating an unparalleled sensation that feels like it's from another dimension. It is the first product engineered by the Tenga design team to incorporate a dual vibrating core system. The dual vibrating cores are positioned differently and deliver vibrations throughout the entire device. Using it is incredibly easy. Just press a button, and the built-in battery will activate the vibrating cores. Different parts of the Tenga Flip Zero EV

The Flip Zero EV package includes:

Waterproofing features

• The Product Body and Slide Arms are waterproof and can be cleaned using water from a faucet or by immersing them for cleaning. However, they should not be left submerged in water.
• The Charging Base is not waterproof and should be kept away from water.
• Gel lubricant can be applied to all parts of the device. It is recommended to apply it intwo areas: inside the Texture of the device and around the opening of the device.

Cautions
The charging base, which serves as a charging station, is not waterproof. It must not come into contact with water under any circumstances.

How to charge Tenga Flip Zero EV

• Charge using a USB cable connected to a 5V 1A adapter.
• Connect the USB cable to the charging base of the Flip Zero EV before plugging it into a power outlet to prepare for charging.
• Place the Flip Zero body on the charging base, it can be placed in any orientation, ensuring that the connector parts make contact.
• The LED on the charging base will light up to indicate that charging is in progress and will turn off once the charging is complete.
• Charging takes approximately 90 minutes, and the product can be used continuously for about 40 minutes.

Cautions
Fully charge the device before the first use
Do not turn on the device while it is charging.
Do not charge the device in the bathroom or near water sources.
Keep the connector area clean and free from dirt or debris, as it may interfere with the charging process.
Do not place any other objects, especially metal objects, on the charging base
Use only a 5V 1A adapter for charging.
To maintain optimal performance, it is recommended to fully charge the device at least once every 6 months.

How to power on and off

• Press and hold the button on the device for 2-3 seconds to turn it on, and press and hold it again to turn it off.
• Change vibration patterns by pressing the button repeatedly (no need to hold). There are a total of 5 vibration modes:
• Low: Low-intensity vibrations, High: High-intensity vibrations, Pulse: Pulsating vibrations, Alternating: Alternating vibrations between the two arms, Random: Randomized vibrations throughout the device, adding an element of surprise as you won't know where the next vibration will occur.

Cautions
Make sure to ensure that the device is turned off before pulling out the arms of the device. Pulling out the arms of the device will stop the vibration function, but it does not necessarily mean that the device is turned off.

How to clean

• Turn off the device, then pull out the arms of the device and separate them.
• For the most effective cleaning, use lukewarm water to clean the device. Cold water can also be used, but hot water should be avoided.
• Use a mild soap or toy cleaner to clean the device and slide arms. Do not immerse them in water.

• After cleaning, use a dry cloth to wipe the Waterproof Connector area until it is completely dry.
• Use a dry cloth to thoroughly dry the device and its components before storing them.

Cleaning the charging base

• Always unplug the USB cable before cleaning, and then use a dry cloth to wipe and clean the device.

Cautions
The charging base is not water-resistant. Do not immerse it in water or clean it with water.
Apart from the slide arms and Flip body, do not place any other objects on the charging base.

Drying and storage

• After using a dry cloth to wipe the Flip body, you can place it on the slide arms and let it air dry on a flat surface.
• Pay attention to the edges of the Flip body and the gaps between the slide arms on both sides. Make sure they align and lock properly.
• Gently fold the Flip body and place it in the designated locking position as shown in the illustration.
• Allow it to dry completely in an area with good air circulation.
• Once it is completely dry, place it in the clear case and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Other important reminders

• Avoid exposing to sharp objects that may puncture or damage the silicone material.
• Store the toy in a well-ventilated room. Avoid storing it in hot or humid areas and keep it away from direct sunlight.
• Keep away from open flames and sources of heat.
• Use only water-based lubricants, such as Nuru Gel, Tenga Lotion, KY, or Durex. Do not use silicone-based lubricants or oil-based lubricants, such as baby oil or aroma oil.
• Before charging or storing, ensure that there are no water droplets present.
• Dropping, intense impact, or rough handling may result in malfunction and inability to use.
• Only use the provided USB cable for charging and do not use it to charge other devices.
• When unplugging the device, pull the plug from the adapter, not the cable itself.
• When unplugging the cable from the charging base, grip the port and the connector head, not the cable itself.
• Avoid bending or pulling the USB cable. Do not coil the cable around the base.
• Do not use the device while it is charging.
• When cleaning, always unplug the USB cable and ensure that your hands are dry before handling the charging port.
• Do not leave the cable plugged in when it is not being charged.
• Keep the charging base, ports, and connectors free from dust and any obstructions as they may cause electrical malfunctions.
• Tenga Flip Zero EV contains magnets. Avoid storing it near any devices that may be affected by magnetic fields, such as refrigerators, watches, or smartphones.
• Do not store heavy objects on top of the device.
• During use, avoid continuous aggressive bending or twisting motions.
